What They Called New Orleans

New Orleans used to be called "The City That Care Forgot".
How fitting, for the city that now is called "The Big Easy".
The Big Easy has once again turned into the city that time forgot, since it ain't easy these days.
Let's hope that some of the trillions and billions of dollars flooding into Iraq might find its way to give some care back to New Orleans.
