Every few weeks we are treated to another story of a rogue SatNav leading an innocent motorist into trouble. Today, it is about someone who opened a gate at a level-crossing, parked on the railway lines while she closed the gate, and then watched as a train collided with her car. How, may I ask, is that anything to do with the SatNav? As the photo accompanying the story (in the printed paper) shows, the instructions at the level-crossing couldn't be more clear. This isn't a SatNav story, it's a clueless motorist story.
